Located in the peaceful hills of Ojai, CA at the Krotona Institute of Theosophy, this gathering will take place among beautiful gardens and serene natural surroundings. We’re delighted to be hosting at this special destination, known for its quiet atmosphere and thoughtful community spaces. Please note that Krotona is a meatless location, and all food served on-site will be vegetarian.
Come as you are. Make & Move is open to women and men, and no prior experience in fitness, natural movement, or art-making is needed.
Before the day. As the date gets closer, we’ll send several welcome emails with everything you need to know, including directions and what to expect.
What to bring. A mat, a blanket you can use outdoors, water, and sunscreen. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to stretch and move freely.
Then, just show up. We’ll take care of the rest.
Light snacks and water available throughout the day.

All art materials and supplies are included.
